Donation/Sponsorship Request Form
Bear River Casino Resort strongly believes in supporting our community as much as possible. Due to the large number of requests we receive, we are not able to grant every request.
For your donation/sponsorship request to be considered, please complete the form below and attach an event flyer and/or any additional forms at least 30 days prior to the event. We will contact you if your donation request is approved.
* If your request is approved, we retain authorization to use your organization or event’s name as a donation/sponsorship recipient for any marketing purposes.
