Donation/Sponsorship Request Form
Bear River Casino Resort is committed to supporting our local community. Due to the high volume of requests we receive, we are unable to fulfill every request.
To be considered for a donation or sponsorship, we kindly ask that all local requests be made in person at our Administration Building: 27 Bear River Drive, Loleta, CA. Hours of operation 8 AM – 4 PM. We believe that coming in person makes the request more meaningful and personal. It also provides a valuable opportunity for young individuals seeking sponsorships to develop public speaking skills and learn the importance of respectfully asking for support.
Please complete the donation request form and provide an event flyer and/or any additional materials at least 30 days before the event.
*If your request is approved, we reserve the right to feature your organization or event as a donation/sponsorship recipient in our marketing efforts. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to supporting our community together!
